Gateau Moka & Chocolate Roses

yo!!!  ^-^ so my English class had a tea party (im a highschool freshman by the way), and i, of course, volunteered to make a cake! hehe.....i LOVE, LOVE, LOVE cake!  I ended up making a Gateau Moka to appease the palates of teenagers. (im not so sure everyone appreciates fruit tarts!)  It took me 15 hours to create: 8 hours for the chocolate roses, and 7 hours for the actual creation of the cake/ fillings, and the assembly.  I was soo pleased when i saw how in awe my peers and teachers were in....it brought me great happiness.  :)
